hi i'm jibran.
i help tennis players turn their biggest weakness into a stroke with total confidence in 30 days using a first principles-based biomechanics method and neuroscience-based learning to accelerate development.
me vs. federer - biomechanics don't lie
you might look like roger federer in 30 days, you might not, but we can sure as hell tell you that you'll be a lot better than where you are right now.
take paula, for example. her uncle and her started watching my youtube videos, they tried the stuff and got better. but, they were ready to go all in. so, what did they do? they decided to get the full experience of me overseeing her progress.
what happened? after 3 days, she was hitting shots harder than ever (her uncle was literally jealous). a few sessions later when she was way across the world, we were doing a zoom call and she was starting to have the same looking stroke as federer.
here's what her uncle had to say:
"She played with the number 1 girl in Argentina the other day and she won... then she played with a dude yesterday and she won 6-1 / 6-1... I also notice that the technique has done WONDERS and the ball that comes to me comes with more power, depth and spin."
honestly, i was a bit shocked by this one and it kinda made me laugh. like, the kid was beating players she had no business beating just from changing her swing mechanics. A few short months later, Paula took her new weapons and started winning women's open tournaments, beating current and former college players.
and this is what matthew had to say:
"I learned that elasticity is the key to generating effortless power... I noticed my timing was better and the game was simpler. Overall I was more efficient in my preparation and ball striking."
see, most tennis coaching is built on tradition and feels. we do the opposite. we use physics and biomechanics. we study how federer actually moves, not how people think he moves.
todd sent me this after working on his son's forehand:
"Holy 💩 that is a world of difference. Great stuff thank you. He has so much more confidence in that shot."
and younes won a UTR Pro Event after we worked together:
"I won the tournament. Attitude, no matter what, trying to be competitive every single point of the game. Intensity, starting with the legs. Serve, great 1st serve % in all 3 games. And % of points won with it. Forehand, powerful when intensity is correct."
but the thing is... most players aren't having the results or feelings the above players and parents are.
the reality is, most are stuck in a nightmare they can't wake up from.
maybe you're like how my parents were, watching their kid work harder than any other kid out there, yet struggling and suffering, looking lost and frustrated despite all the lessons. You have been doing everything you can do help them yet things don't seem to be working or progress is tiny compared to the work put in.
or your stroke feels great in practice but betrays you when the score gets tight. or you're getting out-smarted by players who can't even hit the ball as hard as you.
i know this because my parents and i was stuck too. for fifteen years. spending $400,000. going from #1 in my state to a burned-out college benchwarmer whose game was a confused mess of conflicting advice.
but when i had to teach myself golf with no coach to mess it up, something clicked. i started recording every swing, finding the one thing that was broken, working on it meticulously until it was fixed, then finding the next thing.
it was simple. it was systematic. and it worked.
when i came back to tennis, i used the same method. and in months, i built a forehand that was biomechanically identical to federer's. then i proved it worked by getting the same results for my students in weeks.
after months of study and application, i figured out how to teach and learn the perfect swing in weeks, not years, and certainly not the 15+ year my journey took.
years after my junior career is over, my parents are astounded. actually, i'm pretty sure they don't believe the above video is real. when, i showed it to them, first there was disbelief. then a smile. then a frown and shake of the head.
"if only you had had this when you were a kid. your kid is going to be so lucky to have you as their parent to show them the right path."
so, can anyone learn to swing like the above? even if you are the worst player the universe as ever seen, has no hands, is blind, or is truly a non-athletic person?
the answer is yes and no.
if you have no hands... well i don't know what to tell you. tennis probably isn't the easiest sport for you to try.
but for everyone else, i believe the answer is yes, but with a caveat.
out of the "everyone else" bunch, this only works for certain players.
you need to be someone who's ready to actually do the work and fail a lot. someone who's tired of repeating the same old same old with minimal progress. someone who realizes that you can achieve results much faster than your current pace. someone who believes that it is not about talent, but rather about having an engineered process.
for those that are that "someone", those are the ones i want to work with.
because those are the players i know have what it takes to transform in 30 days.
that is why i only a take on a handful of players each month.
if you're ready to trust an engineered process to turn your biggest weakness into a stroke with total confidence in 30 days, fill out the application below. based on your answers, i'll assess if you're a fit and reach out with an invite.
with limited spots and a growing waiting list, the best time to apply is now.
